Appreciation and Thank You

I am so honored to be able to represent the citizens of the Cave Spring District for another four years on the Board of Supervisors.    I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the citizens for putting your trust and confidence in me.  I will continue to listen to your concerns, suggestions, and input on issues that are important to you.

I’d like to thank everyone who helped with my campaign by putting signs in their yards, walking with me door to door, helping put brochures together, coming to meet and greets, handing out voting guides at the polls and supporting me by attending forums.
I am very appreciative for all of the endorsements that I received.

I’d like to thank all of the poll workers for your hard work.  A lot of work is involved in setting up a polling place and helping our voters.

I will pledge to continue my support for the high quality of life that we are able to enjoy in Roanoke County.

Comment from Supervisor Moore:

"All of the volunteers who came out worked very hard, in the rain, and then hot sun. All of their hard work will make this school look fresh and ready for opening day of school."

Brambleton Avenue Beautification Project Donated by Charlotte

The median at Brambleton Avenue and Electric Road along with the triangle shaped area originally planted by the Coffee Pot Ladies Auxillary is supposed to be maintained by VDOT.  Due to severe cut-backs by VDOT, this area became an eyesore.

With no government money available to remedy the situation, Charlotte took the "bull by the horns" and cut the weeds, planted flowers and began maintaining it herself.

Charlotte and her landscape company, Dream Scapes, have the landscape looking beautiful and she performs regular maintenance to keep it that way.

This is another way that Supervisor Moore is serving the citizens of the Cave Spring Magisterial District and Roanoke County.

Charlotte Meets with AEP on Behalf of the Residents of Green Valley

On August 2nd, Charlotte met with AEP representatives on Janney Lane in Green Valley to discuss options for replacing trees that were removed when the new transmission lines were installed.  She walked with the AEP representatives along the rear of many citizens properties and discussed the existing landscape conditions.   Further meetings are expected to be held and Charlotte encourages all Green Valley residents to participate in these meetings in order to voice their concerns and offer input for a remedy.
